Refuge room door introduction

The evacuation chamber door is used between the transition room and the survival room of the underground refuge chamber. Protect the safety of indoor personnel (one set of two). Opening outwards can play the role of waterproofing, fire prevention and shock wave prevention.
The two sets of doors in the refuge room are divided into waterproof and explosion-proof. The waterproof pressure can be made according to your requirements. The explosion-proof pressure is generally 0.3MPa. The general size of the refuge room is 800 * 1600, 800 is the width, and 1600 is the height and size. Can be customized according to your requirements.
The door of the refuge room has door leaf, the door frame is made of flat steel plate, rib plate, profile steel, etc .; the locking mechanism adopts two-way tight lock; and the door pivot adopts thrust ball bearings for easy opening.

Evacuation chamber door precautions

1. Before entering the evacuation chamber, check the transition window through the observation window on the fire-proof sealed door to see if there is anyone in the transition room. If someone is scrubbing, wait for the gas to be washed and enter the survival chamber. Then open the transitional chamber door and enter the transitional chamber for scrubbing.
2. The number of people who wash air each time should not exceed 8.
3. Under normal operating conditions, the refuge chamber should close the door of the auxiliary CO2 chamber.
4. Adopting compressed air for oxygen supply, there are 4 outlets for compressed air for oxygen supply in the concrete room.
5. Use O2 to supply oxygen. When the O2 sensor shows that the O2 concentration is lower than 18.5% or higher than 23%, you can slowly turn the knob of the O2 flowmeter to adjust the O2 concentration in the dysprosium.
6. When the O2, CO and CO2 concentrations in the living room reach human breathing requirements, the O2 concentration is 18.5%, 23%, the CO concentration is less than 24ppm, and the CO2 concentration is less than 1%. Do not remove the self-rescuer until the safe concentration is reached.
7. In the case that the compressed air is damaged, at least one of the temperature control valves TCV-1, 2, 3, and 4 is always fully opened. When the temperature, humidity, CO concentration, and CO2 concentration in the living room are within the safe range, the number of temperature control valves TCV-1, 2, 3, and 4 can be reduced according to the actual situation.
8. When the pressure of CO2 is less than 600PSI, and the integrated equipment for filtering, dehumidifying and cooling cannot operate normally, open the emergency gas bypass system control valve to extend the operating time of the equipment.
9. When the CO2 concentration in the living room cannot drop below 1%, or the color of the adsorbent becomes light purple, replace the CO2 adsorbent.
10. The groove identification should be consistent with the adsorbent identification CO to ensure that the adsorbent is placed in the correct groove. Once the CO adsorbent has been filled, do not replace or remove it. When the CO concentration in the living room cannot drop below 24ppm, the CO adsorbent is replaced.
