The section steel for the frame should be straightened before riveting, and its straightness should not be greater than 1.5 ‰. After the frame is made, the support surfaces of the four-axle frames should be on the same plane, and the center surfaces of the two axis frames on the same axis should be perpendicular to the longitudinal center surface of the frame. The difference between the centerline distance of the two axle brackets on the same side of the frame (shaft card or axle guide frame with vertical buffer spring) and the distance between the centerlines of the two opposite axle brackets on the opposite side must not exceed 2mm. Closed wheelset: All parts of the wheelset should be cleaned, and oil scale, dirt, iron filings and blockages in oil holes should be removed before assembly.

c) Cold partition with a length not exceeding 400mm, a width not exceeding 2mm, and a depth not exceeding 1mm.
Defects such as trachoma and air holes on the surface of the wheel hole, the area of which is less than 16 mm2, the depth of which is less than 3 mm, and the distance between them is more than 30 mm, and should not be more than three.
The round runout of the wheel diameter D of a wheel cast by a metal mold should not be greater than 1 mm; the round runout of a wheel cast by a sand mold should not be larger than 0.5 mm.
Wheels cast by metal molds should be normalized and the tread hardness should not be less than 197HB. After the wheel tread of the sand mold is processed, it should be surface hardened, and its hardness should not be less than 40 HRC.
The normalized structure of the wheel shall have no reticular structure, and its grain size shall not be greater than 6 grade.

Each part is coated with phenolic primer, and the body is top-coated according to the contract requirements. The appearance of the paint is required to be uniform, flat, consistent in color, complete in coverage, and free from defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation and foaming. The adhesion of the paint film is checked with a grid. The coating does not fall off or partly fall off at the edge of the lattice or at the intersection of the cuts, and the fall-off area is not more than 15%.
The welds should be even and flat, and there should be no cracks, slag inclusions, burn-through, or incomplete penetration, and there should be no air holes in the welds of the frame. The remaining welds should have no more than three air holes with a diameter of no more than 1mm within a length of 10mm, and the length of the undercut should not exceed 15mm within 100mm. Before the flatbed truck is installed, first check the installation position of the minecart, check the track laying, and check whether the parallelism and flatness of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust if necessary. After carefully checking that there are no problems, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the wheelset of the minecart coincides with the centerline of the track.
During the trial operation, observe whether the pair of mine wheels and the track are in conflict with each other, and timely deal with them to prevent damage to the mine cart.

Mining flatbeds should be carefully inspected for serious bumps and damages before use. Wheels should be flexible and free of jams.
In the case where the user complies with the rules for the use of the mining cart, within six months from the date of arrival, it is indeed damaged or fails to work properly due to poor manufacturing quality, and the manufacturer should repair or replace it for free.
When replacing the bearing, the bearing frame opening must be outward. After the bearing is installed in the wheel, proper clearance should be maintained and it should not be crushed to death.
Seals should use original accessories to ensure sealing performance.
