2.1 The section steel for the frame should be straightened before riveting, and its straightness should not be greater than 1.5 ‰. After the frame is made, the two pairs of sides should be parallel to each other. The parallelism tolerance is 2 ‰ of the side length, and the frame flatness tolerance. It is 2 ‰ of the length of the frame (excluding the buffer), but the maximum cannot be greater than 5mm.
2.2 After the frame is completed, the support surfaces of the four-axle frames should be on the same plane, and the center surfaces of the two shaft frames on the same axis should be perpendicular to the longitudinal center surface of the frame.
2.3 The center plane of the frame traction device should be symmetrical to the longitudinal center plane of the frame, and its symmetry tolerance should be no greater than 6mm.
2.4 The connection between the dump wheel components and the carriage should be firm and reliable. When the dump wheel component is not dumped, its outline must not exceed the overall size of the mine car.
3. Open wheelset: It consists of wheels, shafts, bearings, etc. Its technical conditions comply with the provisions of "JB / T6992-1993".
3.1 Before assembly of the wheelset, the iron filings and blockages should be cleaned and all parts should be cleaned. When the bearing is assembled, it should be pressed in without impact load. After the bearing is installed, the wheel can rotate flexibly.
3.2 Hardness of wheel tread Surface heat treatment hardness is ≥40HRC.

4. The technical conditions of the buffer are in accordance with the provisions of "JB / T6992-1993".
4.1 The buffer has sufficient strength, in which the impact toughness of the buffer head material is not less than 30J / cm2
4.2 The cast steel bumper must be free of cracks. The surface and end face of the bolt hole of the cast steel bumper (within 30mm from the edge of the bolt hole) are not allowed to have defects such as shrinkage, shrinkage, air holes and trachoma that affect the strength. Perform welding repair.
5. Each connecting device is composed of connecting three-ring chain and connecting pin.

6. Before assembly, all parts (including purchased parts and standard parts) must be inspected and qualified before they can be used.
6.1 All parts should be cleaned and carried out in a clean environment.
6.2 Mining cart traction height is ± 3mm, total width is ± 5mm, total height is ± 8mm, total length is ± 10mm
6.3 The carriage should be installed symmetrically to the longitudinal center plane of the frame, with a symmetry tolerance of 5mm.
6.4 The assembled minecart should be placed on a special straight road for inspection. It is not allowed to have a wheel with a gap greater than 2mm.
6.5 The minecart runs smoothly on curved or straight roads.
6.6 Each part is coated with phenolic primer, and the body is top-coated according to the contract requirements. The appearance of the paint must be uniform, flat, consistent in color, complete coverage, and free from defects such as brush marks, peeling, accumulation and foaming. The adhesion of the paint film is checked with a grid. The coating does not fall off or partly fall off at the edge of the lattice or at the intersection of the cuts, and the fall-off area is not more than 15%.

Before installing the minecart, first check the installation position of the minecart, check the track laying, and check whether the parallelism and flatness of the two rails meet the requirements, and adjust if necessary. The top of the straight track should be at the same level, and the allowable error in the length direction should not exceed 1mm per meter and 3mm per 10m. The permissible error on the corresponding measuring points in the left and right directions does not exceed 2mm.
After carefully checking that there are no problems, according to the installation requirements, ensure that the centerline of the wheelset of the minecart coincides with the centerline of the track.
During the trial operation, observe whether the pair of mine wheels and the track are in conflict with each other, and timely deal with them to prevent damage to the mine cart. During the trial operation, observe the mine car sliding along the slope and colliding with another mine car, and observe whether the car body is inclined, out of track or overturned. During the trial operation, observe whether the mine car is traveling on the track with the smallest radius of curvature, and whether there are collisions, interference, and railing.
