The car stopper should be installed at the last section of the rail at the end of the line, close to the rail joint and without a fish plate. The distance between the car stopper and the end of the line should be greater.

② Raise the support arm, and place the spring seat, leaf spring and bearing seat in this order on the basic rail under the hoof.
③ Use the brake rail to clamp the shoe block, and also clamp the rail head of the basic rail, and then use three bolts to bring the brake rail on. Note that the two bolts on the outside must pass through the support frame, and the seat should be in the middle of the pressure hole.
④ Use the front and rear beams and the upper and lower oblique beams to connect the four feet under the two arms. The overlapping form is shown in the figure. After the initial installation is completed, tighten the bolts.
⑤ The installation of the booster is to place the spring seat, the leaf spring and the bearing in order on the basic rail, and then sandwich it with the two booster brake rails, and also clamp the rail head of the basic rail. The car stopper should be restored to its original position in time after being hit. You can take out the wedge iron first, push the main body frame and booster back to the original position, and then re-tighten and pressurize according to the above method.
Keep the car stopper in good working condition and check it in turn every month to confirm if there is any displacement, deformation and loose screws, and immediately deal with it if there is something abnormal.
Attention should be paid to clear the obstacles on the rail surface in the sliding direction of the vehicle stopper, and handle the super-high road studs and sleeper bolts.
